Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Last updated 2026-08-19
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of EnneonRadar ([to be confirmed]) — “EnneonRadar”, “we”, “us”. They apply whether you simply read the site, subscribe to the free newsletter, or pay for Premium.
If you do not accept them, please do not use EnneonRadar. Two other documents form part of this agreement: the property information disclaimer and the privacy policy.
1. The service
EnneonRadar is an information and discovery service for property listings published by third parties. We find listings, organise them, describe them in our own words, score them, and deliver a selection to subscribers. Free subscribers receive a daily set of curated finds chosen by us. Premium subscribers can additionally create Radars — standing criteria we match new finds against.
2. What EnneonRadar is not
We are not an estate agent, letting agent, broker; not the agent of any seller or buyer; not a surveyor, valuer, lawyer, notary, tax adviser, mortgage broker or regulated financial adviser; and not a party to any transaction you enter. We do not own or sell the properties we describe and we do not hold client money. For properties supplied under our Partner Property Programme, we market the property and arrange introductions; the partner may pay us an agreed commission or referral fee following a successful transaction. Nothing on EnneonRadar is advice about your circumstances, an offer, or an invitation to treat.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use EnneonRadar for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
4. Accounts
You may read EnneonRadar without an account. A newsletter subscription needs only an email address; a full account needs a password. Keep your credentials to yourself, give us accurate details, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account, other than activity caused by our own failure.
5. The free service
The free service is exactly this: up to a set number of curated finds per day, chosen by EnneonRadar and delivered by email. It is not personalised, it does not follow your criteria, and the selection is our editorial judgement. On a day with fewer finds worth sending, you receive fewer — we do not pad the list.
It is provided at no charge and with no service commitment — we may change what it includes, how often it arrives, or discontinue it, and we may stop sending it to an address that bounces or that has unsubscribed. Free access does not entitle you to any Premium feature, which includes personalised Radars, personalised matching and priority email alerts.
6. Premium subscriptions
Premium is a recurring paid subscription that adds Radars, personalised matching, alerts on your criteria and the other features described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. It is available monthly or annually, and the current prices are shown on the pricing page.
Prices are quoted in euros and include any tax we are required to charge. Where our payment provider settles in a different currency, the checkout tells you the amount that will actually be charged before you pay. We tell you the price and the billing interval before you pay, every time.
A promotional or founding-member price applies only while that offer is running and only if you subscribed under it. Where an offer states that its price is kept at renewal, we keep it for as long as your subscription remains continuously active — ending the offer does not change what you pay.
7. Billing, renewal and failed payments
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, whichever you chose — until you cancel, using the payment method on file. Each renewal is charged at the start of the new period.
We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by a payment provider, which holds those details under its own terms.
If a renewal payment fails, we do not cut off your access straight away — a declined card is usually one that needs re-authorising. Your subscription is marked overdue, Premium continues for a short grace period while we retry, and we email you. If the payment still cannot be taken by the end of that period, your account moves to the free service and your Radars are paused. They are kept, not deleted, so resubscribing restores them.
8. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect at your next renewal so you can cancel first.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel Premium at any time from your billing page, without contacting us and without giving a reason. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It is not a refund: your Premium features continue to the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then reverts to the free service.
Your Radars are kept exactly as you configured them. They stop producing matches and alerts while you are on the free plan, and start again if you resubscribe — you do not have to set them up again. The free daily finds continue either way.
10. Refunds and the right to withdraw
Where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance contract — in the EU and the UK, normally 14 days — you may exercise it by telling us. If you asked us to start the service immediately and then withdraw, we may charge for what you actually used, in proportion. Beyond that, we do not generally refund part-used periods, but if something has gone wrong, contact us and we will look at it honestly.
11. Radars — what they do and don't do
A Radar records criteria and matches them against listings EnneonRadar has found. It searches what EnneonRadar holds — not the entire internet, and not every property for sale in the world. We do not promise that EnneonRadar will find every matching property, that a match will appear within any period, that any match will still be available, or that a Radar will produce any matches at all. Narrow criteria may legitimately produce nothing for a long time.
Where we hold no listings for a place, no Radar can surface one. A Radar is a way of being told about what we find; it is not a guarantee of coverage.
12. Property information
Property information comes from third parties and is not independently verified by us. The property information disclaimer explains in detail what we do not check, and it applies to every property page, newsletter and alert. Read it before you rely on anything you see here.
13. The EnneonRadar Score
The Score is our opinion, computed from the facts a listing states. It is not a valuation, a survey or investment advice, and we may change how it is calculated. Do not treat it as a recommendation to buy.
14. Messages you receive
We send newsletters and alerts by email only when you have asked for them. You can stop any of them at any time from the link in any message or from your account, without signing in and without explaining why. We may still send you transactional messages that are necessary to operate your account: password resets, receipts, security notices, and notice of changes to these terms.
15. Your privacy
The privacy policy explains what we hold, why, for how long and what you can ask us to do about it. The cookie policy covers cookies and how to refuse the optional ones.
16. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- • scrape, harvest or bulk-copy EnneonRadar's content, or use automated means to access the site beyond ordinary browsing;
- • republish or resell our summaries, scores, selections or compilations without permission;
- • circumvent access controls, rate limits, paywalls or security measures;
- • probe or attack the service, or interfere with anyone else's use of it;
- • use EnneonRadar to send spam, to harass anyone, or for anything unlawful;
- • misrepresent yourself as EnneonRadar or imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
17. Our intellectual property
The EnneonRadar name and branding, the site itself, our property summaries, our scoring, our editorial selections and the arrangement of our database are ours or our licensors'. You may read them, share links to them, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy them wholesale or use them to build a competing product.
18. Third-party content and links
Listings, photographs and descriptions belong to their own rights holders, and we display them only to the extent we are entitled to. Links to source listings are provided so you can go to the origin: a link is not an endorsement, a sponsorship or a partnership, and we are not responsible for what a third-party site contains or does. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
19. Content you submit
When you send us an enquiry, a report, a Radar name or any other content, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to use it to operate the service — including passing an enquiry to the relevant party where that is the point of it. Do not send us anything unlawful, defamatory, or that you have no right to share. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
20. Reports, corrections and rights claims
Anyone can ask us to correct or remove a property, a description or an image using the report form, without an account. We review every report and act on the ones that hold up, normally within 5 working days. We do not remove content automatically on receipt of a claim, and we may ask for evidence — particularly where someone asserts rights in content.
21. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep EnneonRadar available but we do not promise uninterrupted service: maintenance, failures and third-party outages happen. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your current period.
22. Suspension and termination
You may stop using EnneonRadar at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used to attack or abuse the service, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first. If we close a paid account other than for a serious breach, we refund the unused part of the period.
23. Disclaimer of warranties
EnneonRadar is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any property information is accurate, complete or current. This does not affect rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
24. Limitation of liability
We are liable for loss we cause by failing to take reasonable care, but not for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses, or for loss arising from your dealings with a seller, agent or adviser. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and €100.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
25. Indemnity
If you use EnneonRadar in breach of these terms — for example by scraping it or by republishing our content — and that causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs we incur as a result. This does not apply to ordinary personal use of the service.
26. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page always show what is current. For a change that materially affects your rights we will give notice by email or in the product before it takes effect; continuing to use EnneonRadar after that means you accept the new version. If you do not, you can cancel.
27. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [to be confirmed], and the courts of [to be confirmed] have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, or of your right to bring proceedings there where the law gives you that right.
Please contact us first: most problems are quicker to fix directly than through a court.
28. General
If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business, without reducing your rights. These terms, together with the disclaimer and the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between us about EnneonRadar. Nobody else has rights to enforce them.
