Your account email, and the job reference if a download failed. If it is an API question, the key prefix (the part that starts enrdl_) — never the whole key.
Automation services
What you want to automate, roughly what volume, and which platforms. That is usually enough for a first useful answer.
Billing
The payment reference from your receipt. We never ask for card details by email, and we never hold them.
A listing or a rights issue
Use the report form rather than email — it captures what we need to act, and the action is recorded.
