You get the finds. We do the finding.
Property for sale abroad is scattered across thousands of places, in dozens of languages, and the good ones move quickly. EnneonRadar reads those sources so you do not have to, and brings the interesting ones to you — overseas houses, apartments, farmhouses, land and renovation projects, wherever they turn up.
1. We find
EnneonRadar searches across property sources around the world and pulls together what looks interesting. Everything keeps its original listing and link — we point you to the source, we don't replace it.
The same property often appears in several places at several prices. We treat those as one property with several listings, so you see one find rather than three near-duplicates.
2. We curate
Every day a small number of finds make the cut — 5 of them. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive: the ones worth a second look. If a day only produces three worth sending, we send three.
3. We explain
Each find carries a EnneonRadar Score from 0–100, built from measurable factors:
- Price against comparable listings — €/m² next to similar properties nearby
- Entry price — where it sits in the affordable range
- Price reduction — how far it has come down
- Land included — plot size relative to the price
- Space for the money — absolute €/m² of built area
- How recently we found it
- Whether the condition is stated
Where a factor can't be measured it is skipped rather than guessed, and our stated confidence drops. A property we know little about can't reach a headline score. Every property page shows the full breakdown, including what we couldn't measure.
