Property information disclaimer

1. What EnneonRadar is
EnneonRadar is an independent property discovery and information service. We find property listings published by third parties, organise them, describe them in our own words, and tell subscribers about the ones we think are interesting.
That is the whole of what we do. In particular, EnneonRadar is not:
- • the owner or the seller of any property shown on this site;
- • an estate agent, letting agent, broker, and not the agent of any seller or buyer;
- • a surveyor, architect, engineer or building inspector;
- • a valuer or appraiser;
- • a lawyer, notary, conveyancer or tax adviser;
- • a mortgage broker, lender or regulated financial adviser;
- • a party to any transaction, negotiation or contract between you and a seller or agent.
We hold no client money, we do not conduct viewings and we do not negotiate transactions. For partner properties, we market the property and arrange customer introductions. The partner may pay us an agreed commission or referral fee following a successful transaction.
2. Where the information comes from
Property information on EnneonRadar originates from third parties — the listing's publisher, the selling agent, or the owner. We record what those sources state and we credit where each listing was found. Naming a source is attribution, not endorsement: it does not mean that source sponsors, endorses, partners with or has any relationship with EnneonRadar. Properties supplied under an explicit partnership agreement are identified as partner properties.
Because the information is a third party's, it can be incomplete, out of date, mistranslated, optimistic or simply wrong, and it can change or be withdrawn without notice. Where a listing is silent on something, we say so — “Unknown”, “Not provided” — rather than guessing.
3. What we do not verify
EnneonRadar does not carry out searches, surveys, valuations, inspections or legal checks on any property. Unless a page explicitly states that we hold evidence of verification, treat none of the following as verified by us — including when a listing asserts it confidently:
- • Current availability, and whether the property is under offer or already sold
- • Ownership, and whether the seller is entitled to sell
- • Title, registration, easements, charges and other encumbrances
- • Land classification and permitted use
- • Planning status, building permits and whether works were lawfully carried out
- • Structural condition, damp, subsidence and habitability
- • Boundaries and the extent of the land included
- • Utility connections — water, electricity, drainage, telecoms — and the cost of providing them
- • Outstanding debts, taxes, community fees or liens attaching to the property
- • Mortgage eligibility or lender appetite
- • Rental, tourist or short-let licensing
- • Any expected rental income, yield, resale value or investment return
- • Renovation costs, timescales or feasibility
- • Measurements, floor area and land area
Prices are as stated by the source, in the source's currency. Any euro figure shown alongside a non-euro price is an indicative conversion at a reference rate, not a quote, and not the amount you would pay.
4. The EnneonRadar Score and our summaries
The EnneonRadar Score is our own opinion, generated from the facts a listing states — price relative to comparable listings we know about, size, condition, and how complete the information is. It is not a valuation, an appraisal, a survey or investment advice, and a high score is not a recommendation to buy. Where we could only measure part of a property, we say the score is low-confidence.
Property summaries on EnneonRadar are written by us from the structured details a listing provides. They describe what the listing says; they are not an inspection report and they do not add information we do not have.
5. Photographs and other media
Photographs, videos and floor plans belong to whoever created them. Where we do not hold permission to display a particular image, we show a placeholder and link to the original listing so you can see it at source. Where we do display media, we credit it as required. If you hold rights in media shown on EnneonRadar and want it removed, tell us and we will act on it.
6. Before you commit money
Instruct your own independent lawyer and your own surveyor, in the country where the property is, before you pay a deposit or sign anything. Verify ownership, title, planning status and debts yourself, through them. Buying property abroad carries currency, tax, legal and practical risks that differ by country and by region, and nothing on EnneonRadar is advice about your situation.
Be alert to fraud. EnneonRadar never asks you to send money to a seller, an agent or to us in connection with a property, and we never handle deposits. Treat any request to transfer funds quickly, or to an account whose details changed at the last moment, as a warning sign.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care in operating EnneonRadar, but we give no warranty that any property information is accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose, and we accept no liability for decisions taken in reliance on it. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under any consumer protection that applies to you regardless of contract. The Terms of Service set out the limits in full.
8. Getting something corrected or removed
If a property we show is no longer available, contains an error, duplicates another, or includes content that should not be there, report it. We aim to review reports within 5 working days and we act on the ones that hold up. We do not remove a property automatically on receipt of an anonymous claim, because that would let anyone remove anything.
